Logical Framework
The ESPA Logical Framework was a monitoring tool used to measure the progress of ESPA-funded research, using key statistics derived from standard project reporting**, and some additional information gathered by the Directorate. The ESPA programme was assessed against this Logical Framework (logframe) annually.

**Combined Scores are the average of the ESPA output logframe scores and applied % weighting resulting in these aggregate scores. Note: the DFID calculation methods changed from 2012 onwards where an additional rating was applied.
