Subscribing to our mailing list
We will record your personal information when you opt to sign up to our newsletter. We will use this information only to communicate ESPA-related information and other news relevant to our community.
We use software service Mailchimp to distribute our newsletter. Mailchimp is owned by the Rocket Science Group in the US, which stores the information you provide us outside of the EU. Please read their privacy and security policies before subscribing to our mailing list.

Online surveys
We will occasionally use online surveys to collect personal information. For this, we use online tool SurveyMonkey, which stores its information securely in the EU. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties and we will not make any personally identifiable information gathered from surveys publicly available without prior consent.
