RESEARCH PROJECT FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, USE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND INCLUSIVE OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT OF THE COLOMBIAN AMAZONIA FOR THE ERADICATION OF POVERTY.
