Paulo Moutinho is Executive Director of the Amazon Environmental Research Institute (IPAM). IPAM is a science-based NGO working in Brazil using science as a tool for sustainable development in the Amazon. Here, Paulo talks with Paul van Gardingen, ESPA Director, on the main role of IPAM.
